Resepi Ibu : Lempeng Oat with ESP and Chia Seeds


I had this one day that i craved for something simple but healthy for breakfast.
When husband's idea was roti canai or nasi lemak, i option-ed for this lempeng!

So soooo good and so sooo easy you should try ok!!

Tepung gandum (always choose benzoyl peroxide free ok!) + ESP protein + chia seeds!
Kalau nak savoury boleh tambah garam sket. Kalau suka manis letak gula ye. 

Campurkan dengan air (agak2), Pastu grill kan dengan non stick pan.

Dah agak brown, balikkan pulak.

Kemudian saya dapat idea nak letak sikit cheese utk lebih fancy gitu.
Biarkan dia melts.

Ta-dah! Sedap dimakan begitu sahaja. Sumpah tak tipu.
Atau pun makan dengan sambal bilis nasi lemak yang anak tak habis makan.

Kenyang.
Boleh bahagi dua besar ni untuk makan petang plak.
